About

A deployment operator for companies crossing borders.

Innovasia operates in one category: regulated and strategic technology entering new markets, run end to end, with skin in the game.

The premise  ·  01

Why this exists.

A generation of technology companies want positions in markets far from home. Very few of them have an operating path once they arrive.

Introductions are easy to get. Meetings happen. Then the work stalls, because nobody on either side owns the process: verifying the counterparty, structuring the entity, preparing the documents, sequencing the buyer, designing a pilot that can convert, and staying in the room until something is signed.

Innovasia does that work. We are local to the deployment, accountable for the outcome, and paid on written economics rather than billable advice.

How we hold ourselves
Judged on what gets signed, not what gets recommended.
Skin in the game

Our economics are tied to commercial events, so a stalled deployment costs us as well as the client.

Selective by design

We turn opportunities down at the qualification stage rather than carry weak ones into a buyer's office.

Operating, not advising

The deliverable is a signed structure, not a report on how one might be built.

Long-dated

We stay in as regional partner after conversion, which is where the compounding relationships come from.

The team  ·  02

How the team is built.

A small operating team in Dubai, working with a standing bench of specialists brought in per deployment rather than carried as overhead.
